You should also have a phone at your pool as well, in case of an emergency.
As far as equipment is concerned, you should always have floatation devices, a shepherds hook, safety vests, goggles, waist belts, a telephone, and anything else that comes to mind at your pool at all times. When you use your pool you should also leave a few flotation devices in the pool at all times, just in case.
